I just woke up
I don't remember where I am
My heart is beating calm and slowly
I take a few breaths
I feel a soft wind on my skin
I can smell the sea
I can hear the waves
I get up and look around
I walk down to the beach
The sun is warming my face
I feel relaxed
I take of my shoes to feel the sand
I enjoy the warmth of the ground
I get close to the water and dig my toes into the sand
This is the feeling I missed so long
